Bulk cleanup
If your imported data tagged personal cards, loans, savings, or income with a business by mistake, reset them all to Personal in one tap. The entries themselves stay — only the business tag is cleared. You can re-tag the few that genuinely belong to a business afterward.
Accounts
Track the balances that bills leave and income enters. Reconcile manually whenever a real balance changes.
Use nicknames and optional last four digits only. Never store passwords, PINs, routing numbers, or full account numbers here.

Tools
Activity, reports, maintenance, backup, and shared-ledger utilities.
Activity history
A shared record of important ledger changes. Payment details, notes, account references, and sync secrets are never copied into this history.
Generate report
Produces a printable report of bills and income for a date range. Opens in a new tab — use your browser's Print to save as PDF.
Mark paid up to…
In one tap, mark every still-unpaid bill within the last 90 days (up to and including this date) as paid. Autopay bills are skipped (already considered paid), and bills you've already paid stay untouched.
Import bills
Bring in a JSON backup containing entries, accounts, transfers, lists, plans, paid history, and activity.
Set up sharing with Dottie
Connects both phones to one shared, end-to-end encrypted list. You only do this once.
First time? 3-minute setup:
Go to jsonbin.io and create a free account.
Click your name → API Keys → copy your Master Key.
Choose a passphrase below — this encrypts your data so even JSONBin can't read it. Pick something you'll both remember.
The app downloads a recovery key file — save it somewhere safe (it's the backup if you forget the passphrase).
Tap Connect. It shows a Share Code — send the code + key + passphrase to Dottie so she can join.
The Dunn Ledger
🔒 Locked · enter your passphrase
Your data is encrypted on the cloud. Even Anthropic and JSONBin can't read it without this passphrase.
Unlock with recovery key
Paste the contents of your recovery key file (or upload it). After unlocking, set a new passphrase.
